EMPLOYMENT for Summer 2018

Barista  This is a full time position. In addition to making tasty espresso drinks this position includes:  sandwich making, light cleaning, working the register which is a ipad square.  A barista deals with customers face to face so must present a cheerful disposition and a lot of patience.  This position works am and pm shifts.

AM Baker and Catering Prep  This position is part time in the mornings.  The shift begins at 6:30 am.  This person is responsible for baking all the morning goodies to sell such as muffins, scones, quiche, etc.  If you love to cook this is the position for you!  I will teach you the recipes and then set you free.  This person is also responsible for putting together in morning pick up of sack lunches.

PM Prep  Due to the busy mornings and afternoons all of our prep is done the night before.  This position is part time and begins at 5:00 pm.  The person working PM prep is responsible for prepping all the ingredients needed to make food for the next day.  This includes but is not limited to slicing meat and cheese, making salsa's, some light baking, make sauces and dressings, etc.
